Domestic Skips come in 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 cubic yards. Using an 8 yard skip and above generally requires an inspector from the council to check the proposed location. All skips require a Skip License to be obtained from the council. License costs are reasonable, around £27 per month, however some areas may add a parking charge which can cost £15 per day.
